Highly recommend these guys! They are a father son team and did a fantastic job. I called on a Wednesday afternoon for a leaking shower drain and they were here first thing Thursday morning. Inspected the issue thoroughly and had it repaired within an hour. Excellent communication, customer service, and reasonably priced. Will definitely keep them on speed dial for future plumbing needs!!

I highly recommend Chris and Levi! I had an emergency that Chris diagnosed quickly and they fixed it same day. They also helped with a non-emergency job that became a bigger job because of the previous plumber’s shoddy work. They respond quickly and are fairly priced. 10/10 would recommend!

Honestly can’t imagine better service! Had a pipe issue which lead to us having no water. Chris and Levi got to us within 10 minutes of calling. Gave us a quote and was able to do the repair right then and there. You can tell they take pride in the quality work they are providing. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for any home improvements or repairs!

I offer my highest possible recommend Chris and Levi. They have done work at my home twice. The first time (about 3 years ago) they replaced an old hot water tank with a tankless water heater. The work was extremely professional and completed promptly. Their second visit was to replace a tub overflow and the drain/piping that had broken some time ago. I thought I would be able to do the second job myself but didn’t realize the pipe and fitting inside the wall was broken. So after messing around with this project for several days myself, Chris and Levi came and fixed the problem in about an hour. The fix was quickly completed with high quality materials and attention to detail. Chris and Levi are true craftsmen. If you have a plumbing job and want it done right, call them!
Called these guys in an emergency situation and they were here within an hour. They stopped the leak and even recommended some improvements that I needed to avoid future troubles and completed the task timely and professionally. I’ll be recommending them to my clients in need of plumbing work on their homes too. Thanks guys
Chris at Paradise Home Services was awesome from start to finish. I've not once called him and he not answer his phone. The day I called, he answered, helped me troubleshoot the urgency and what to do to make sure I was in a safe state. He came out later that evening to take a closer look and offered an honest and thorough action plan to correct the issue. No pressure and happy to help attitude. Highly recommend him and his team. I highly recommend Paradise Home Services. I called Chris on a Monday morning and by the same time Tuesday morning I had my kitchen faucet replaced. He was very professional, personable and knowledgeable! He explained everything in detail and took extra time to answer my questions. Will use again for sure!
I am very happy with the service provided for our water heater repair. Chris and Levi came by, discussed some options, quoted a price, made a plan, and followed through. They replaced the problematic CPVC piping with Pex, and improved a messy prior install ensuring a lasting solution. Their professionalism and skill were evident throughout the entire process. I highly recommend their services for plumbing needs and will use again.

Called Chris about a disposal problem, they came the same day. Levi, Chris’ son diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Save me from buying a new disposal. I highly recommend Paradise Home Services for any and all plumbing repairs. I am newer to the Mount Pleasant area (1 yr now) and heard about Chris not long after I moved into my new home. He replaced a toilet for us and did an awesome job. Fast forward to yesterday, I had an outdoor spigot break which caused me to shut off the water to my home and he was at my house early the next morning to fix it. He is quick to respond, offers great pricing, and cares about his customers. I will continue to use him for all plumbing services and recommend anyone one reading this post to give him the opportunity to do the same.
